Improve Your Sales Instantly

Good Morning!

Last day of the mastermind meeting and I have to say, as much as I love it, I’m completely brain dead when we do this. (in a good way of course.)

It’s such an incredibly edifying experience to sit in a room with 18 motivated entrepreneurs who are willing to take major risks financially as well as logistically to chase their dreams and force them to become a reality.

I can only smile when I think about my own initial experience just 2 years ago that left me feeling somewhat intimidated and inspired all at the same time!

Man, things have changed! 🙂 (in a great way!)

As I mentioned yesterday at the end of the day, in order for us to survive and thrive we need to make sales.

There are lots of ways to go about this but I wanted to give a different perspective, one that really resonates with me and if you have read any of my newsletters, you will probably understand.

As fit pros and potentially ones that own businesses, we need to make sales. Frankly, we need to make them bad sometimes and our normal tendency is to get nervous and often pushy just trying to get the sale done. I’ve been there and I know you have too. What I have noticed is that when this is the case, I make less sales.

Why?

We have to be careful because the majority of communication (90%) is non verbal. Attempting to be too “salesy” even if you have the best intentions can come off as us not caring about the client and only about the sale.

Sound familiar? Sometimes, we even get mad at the person if they don’t buy. This leads to my point…

Our prospects know our heart posture before we even say anything and if we are ONLY there to take and not really to give, they sense it.

You sense it too when it happens to you, this is why I always try to give as much as possible, not to trick people into believing that I am a giver but to prove that they are more important than any sale or product and that their best interest is truly what is in my mind.

Sounds crazy but if you are a salesman that trains then you may have a tough time selling.

But if you are a life changer who trains then you will truly never really have to sell.

Many of our clients come to us whether they are fat loss or looking for help with business or anything really just want someone they believe really has their best interest at heart.

I know you probably do and that is why you do this but if you ever get too a point where things are tough, my challenge for you and me is to remain true to your calling.

I always ask myself, “am I here to collect a check or to change a life?”

You are a life changer.

I promise that if you are doing all the right things, the right thing will eventually happen.

Your sales will improve.

We have the greatest job in the world and the ability to truly change the way someone lives. That’s huge.

Take some time to reflect on that…
